Suckling Airways used this Do.228 to operate a regular service from Ipswich to Amsterdam. First flew as D-CAOS in 1985. Reregistered as D-IAOT then to Suckling Airways as G-BMMR in 1986 who were renamed to Scot Airways in 1999. Sold as CC-CNW in 2001. Destroyed in a fatal crash in a field on approach to Vina del Mar, Chile in 2013 in poor visibility.
