Delivered to Alitalia as I-DIKS in 1968. To ATI - Aero Trasporti Italiani in 1982. Reregistered as I-RIKS in 1990. Returned tgo Alitalia as I-RIFS in 1992. To Northwest Airlines as N616NW in 1997.
