Delivered to British Caledonian as G-DCIO in 1981 who merged into British Airways in 1988. Sold as N48277 in 2001 and converted to a DC-10-30(F) freighter. To Omni Air International as N189AX in 2002 then to Centurion Air Cargo and damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway while landing at Bogota in 2004.
