Registered as PH-FFX before delivery to ATI - Aero Trasporti Italiani as I-ATIS in 1964. To NLM Cityhopper as PH-KFH in 1974 then to British Midland Airways in 1981 and reregistered as G-BMAE in 1982. To Mesaba Airlines who operated it for Northwest Airlink as N275MA in 1988 then to Mountain Air Cargo in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Little Mountain Airport, Denver, NC in 1995 and scrapped.
