Preserved at near the main building on the base. This dual seat Starfighter is FMS serial 63-8462 and former Luftwaffe 27+64. After service, it was withdrawn from use in the late nineties and first preserved as a decoy at Hsinchu, then moved to Taichung and preserved in 3rd TFW markings in a vertical position on the field from late 2007.
