This is a privately designed and built aircraft, using electricty tubes for the frame. During a taxi trial on the beach the aircraft took off. Due to lots of public it was decided not to land, but fly to nearby Rotterdam. Here the aircraft was impounded. Date range of this picture is an estimate.
