Suffered an accident on the 20 June 1994 (belly landing caused by an hydraulic failure, then a fire started). This aircraft just had been assigned to the liaison flight of the Metz-Frescaty AB, but still wore the 12th Fighter Wing (its previous assignment, from where it was just proceeding) codes.
