Exxon Mobil Corp took delivery of this S-76C, N274X, from Sikorsky in January 1996 to transport crews to offshore oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. The helicopter was operated by International Helicopter Transport, Inc. (IHTI) which was a subsidiary of Petroleum Helicopters, Inc. (small logo behind the cockpit door) dedicated exclusively to Exxon Mobil and had its own colours, aircrews and more maintenance practices (i.e. lower component TBOs). To PHI in Nov. 2015.
