Built in 1977 as CCCP-88266 and operated by Aeroflot Kazakhstan. To UN-88266 by July 1993 and UP-Y4028 by October 2009. First noted with East Wing in December 2014 and still active with them in March 2025. The 'Sanaviatsiya' logo on the front fuselage indicates its use as an air ambulance.
