First flew as Falcon 20D F-WPXI in 1970. Registered as N4409F then converted a Falcon 20DC for Federal Express as N21FE in 1972. To Zantop International Airlines as N226R in 1984 then to Reliant Airlines by 1987. To Kalitta Charters in 2002 and reregistered as N226CK in 2010. Withdrawn from use at Detroit-Willow Run in 2022.
