Delivered to the US Army as TL-19D 57-2912 in 1958. Redesignated as a TO-1B in 1962. Registered as N95495 around 1977 then N305JR and N305JH by 1987. Destroyed by fire after a fatal mid-air colission with Piper J3C-65 N804DA near Asheville, NC in 1997.
