Built for the USAAF as AT-6D 41-34527. Transferred to the US Navy as SNJ-5 43766. Registered as N3242G in 1963. To the Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation in 1968 and converted to a Nakajima B5N Kate replica for the filming of "Tora! Tora! Tora!". Stored at Long Beach, CA in 1969. To Tallmantz Aviation in 1971. Sold and appeared in the film Empire of the Sun in 1987. Appeared in the film Pearl Harbor in 2001. To the Commemorative Air Force in 2010.
