Built in 1974 and active for Czechoslovak Government till 1981. Then registered to OK-FBF and active for ČSA, EspeAir Prague and Georgia Air Prague. Wfu in 1995 and since 1997 used as a restaurant at "Excalibur City", a shopping and entertainment centre near Chvalovice-Hatĕ. To enlarge the entrance of the restaurant the door section was cut out.
