Built as an OV-10A. Later converted to an OV-10D. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ from 1993. Left in 2002 and stored with Boeing at Mesa-Falcon Field, AZ. To the National Vietnam Veterans Museum, Mineral Wells, Texas as N373SV in 2009 then to the OV10D Squadron at Chino, CA for restoration to airworthy condition in 2018. Airworthy in 2025.
