In Feb 2012 KLM Cargo and Kenya Airways formed the "Safari Connection" partnership, under which Martinair operates this 747-400BCF on a Europe-China-Africa triangle. The Chinese 探索非洲新航线 titles on the tail translate to "Explore new routes in Africa". The partnership was not a big success and ended three years later.
