This Samaritan was delivered to the USAF as 54-2809 and served as a Chief of Staff aircraft during the Korean War before being retired to MASDC during 1975. She languished for some time in the desert before being bought by Classic Wings and then going on to serve with the CAF at Camarillo. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
