This Fishbed-F served with the NVA as '953' and then was assigned the GAF serial '2244' after re-unification. Upon decomissioning it served as a quasi-gate guard for the museum at Bad Oeynhausen and has now been acquired by this amazing private collection at Zehdenick. The collection are happy to allow visitors but please always have the courtesy to ask at reception for permission to enter the site.

This Hind was built in Rostov-on-Don in October 1985 and went on to serve with the 11. vrtulníkový pluk (11th Helicopter Regiment). After decomissioning it was used for spare parts and stored at Přelouč before arrving at the incredible private collection at Zehdenick around September 2013. The collection are happy to allow visitors but, please, have the courtesy to ask for permission to enter the grounds at reception.
