This 747 was orginally delivered to Japan Air Lines as JA8113 in June 1972. It went on to fly with Japan Asia before joining Air Atlanta icelandic as TF-ABQ in February 1999. It was delivered to Orient Thai in November 2002 and is pictured on very short final for rw25R. The frame was withdrawwn in 2006 and is now displayed at Boeing park in Nakhong Ratchasima, Thailand.

Orient Thai have operated quite a mixed fleet over the years but now only have one non-Boeing type, a single remaining MD-82. This is one of four 767s currently in use and came from JAL in 2011
