After the 28-92 YR-AHA did not leave for Romania as planned, it was registered in the US. It participated in two Bendix air races. In 1937 it was forced out by engine problems but came second in the 1938 event. After that the aircraft was sold in South America and reported to have ended up derelict in Ecuador.
