This plane had registration V-35 and was constructed from residual Me 262A-1a or Me 262B-1a in the Avia factory after the end WWII. It was transported by train to Žatec where two further Me-262s were used to complete the rebuild. It flew at first as a testbed with the Aeronautical Research Institute (LVÚ) and in November, 1950 it was transferred to the 5. stíhací letka (5th Fighter Squadron). The end of its service life is unknown but it served as a ground trainer at the Military Technical Academy in Brno. It now on display at the Letecké Muzeum Kbely.
