Originally registered HC-CFY for Icaro, then it was leased to CV Cargo (Servientrega) in Colombia where it flew as HK-4702. It was returned to Ecuador in 2013 as HC-CNN and then registered N791JM and sent to Kansas City. This photo was taken the day it departed Ecuador.

Icaro's only cargo plane was supposed to be delivered in 2006 but remained in Santiago de Chile for some time with no engines. Back then it wore an experimental livery that said "IcarGo" instead of Icaro. It was finally delivered in 2009 with the standard Icaro livery and flew until 2010 when it was leased to Servientrega in Colombia. It was later returned to Ecuador with registration HC-CNN.

This image clearly shows the problem with the side cargo door in the forward section of the B737-200 Combi. It is not possible to board using a jetbridge. The FAA requires the Cargo in the front while European regulations put the cargo in the rear.

B737-200 Combi, half boxes half people in the cabin

One of the highlights of this trip to Alaska was a flight on one of these B737-200 Combi aircraft. With the cargo compartment in front of the passenger cabin. This resulted in a walk through the rain from the terminal to the rear door.
