Flying near NAS Hampton Roads. The Fokker T.II was the first Fokker (torpedo) bomber design to be built. Three examples, built at Veere in the Netherlands, were delivered to the USN in 1922 and received the FT-1 designation. The FT lost out to the Douglas DT in a fly-off.
