The Fylde Spitfire Memorial, a replica of Spitfire W3644 at Fairhaven Lake, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. The original aircraft was purchased by funds raised by the local residents in 1940. Sadly both plane and pilot, Sergeant Alan Lever Ridings were lost on 23rd June 1942.
