Pictured at a busy static show, the Gazelle took part in exercise Adriatic Strike 2019. The Montenegro Armed Forces own SA341G's and SA341H's and SA342L's. (some eight in total are currently operational). They belong to the Montenegrin Air Force, Smeshannaya Eskadrilya (Helicopter Squadron) based at Podgorica.

After independence the Montenegrin air force received a batch of Soko built Gazelles from Serbia. This one was still awaiting refurbishment.

Seen during a low level flight while participating in exercise Adriatic Strike 2019 near the village of Vipava near Nanos park in Slovenia. By pure coincident I saw a pair of Gazelles flying over some ground troops, so I tried my luck to estimate its flight path, with a fine result.

Former Serbia and Montenegro AF Gazelle now taken on charge by the Montenegran AF. During recent overhaul weapons carrying provisions have been removed. In the background a armed version that is still to be overhauled.

Former Republika Srbska AF Gazelle stored in the back of the hangar. These aircraft were awaiting maintenance and were covered in a thick layer of dust at the time.
