Delivered factory new to the Czech government in 2000, and remained operational until 2007. Logging only 2736 flight hours. First displayed at the Letecke Museum at Prague-Kbely. There is still a sticker with the museum name on the nose. Moved to Zruc in 2016, and was completely reassambled in 2020/21.

This 154 flew with the Czech AF from July 2000 until it was withdrawn from service in November 2007 having amassed a total time of 2,736 hours and then stored at Kbely. It was transported by road to the Zruč Air Park in December 2016 and is now on display at this amazing collection.
