Whether it's the quality of the paint or the pavement that caused this, that underside could use some refurbishing. In camouflage again since April 2015 after having had a blue promotional scheme, this frame was first noted marked as S110-002 in September 2007.

On the second day of the flying programme, this pair gave a very wild display. Here, they had just recovered from what seemed a not too stable formation barrel roll. The following displays were considerably less exciting, and higher. Their commander may have pointed out he needed the pilots and aircraft after the show as well. The number two, without wingtip launcher rails, is 3-7368 (۳-۷۳۶۸).

The Iranian Saeqeh is a modified F-5E. This airframe served as one of the three prototypes. The Iranian modification programme in which the F-5 received a v-shaped twin tail (why oh why?) like the F/A-18 Hornet, started somewhere around 2005. This 3-7367 was first noted as Saeqeh in September 2007 as serial/construction number S110-002. The aircraft was then painted in a blue prototype color scheme, since April 2015 the aircraft was repainted in the standard F-5 colors and assigned to 23 TFS as operational aircraft at Tabriz air base (Iran).
