This helicopter had multiple accidents. As D-HFSB it was damaged on the 18th of November 1999. It was rebuilt and flew again as D-HENN in 2001. Again it was severely damaged on the 4th of May 2004. It was not until May 2010. In February 2017 it was bought by Meravo Helicopters and re-registered D-HAUV.
