Moored at its base at the commercial seaplane docks in the middle of Nanaimo Harbour. Still in its scheme while flying with a previous operator, but now carrying Baxter Aviation titles, before being repainted into Baxter's full fleet red and white scheme.

Now in Harbour Air livery after its time with Baxter and WestCoast Air. The gate is down, and vehicles waiting as the Beaver crosses the road on its way to the ramp and the Fraser River.

When Baxter Air shut down it was taken over by West Coast Air which a few years later became Harbour Air. Now in the new Harbour Air colours it wears fleet number 224
