The single WestJet Link Saab 340 that was painted up in the "new" livery has now been transferred back into the Pacific Coastal fleet following the closure of WestJet Link this past week.

After a few weeks of trying, I managed to grab a decent shot of the new livery Saab 340 in some light. Seen here on departure for Comox as "Pasco (PCA) 3051" operating for WestJet Link.

After FIVE years since the launch, the first aircraft has now been repainted into the new WestJet livery. C-GOIA, the former Integra Air Saab 340 which flew for Pacific Coastal and later WestJet Link, returned from maintenance this afternoon sporting the new colours. Looking forward to seeing it enter service in the near future!

Originally leased from Connect Air, this Saab was bought outright, after which the tail artwork was removed and a fleet number added. The latter may have been part of the lease out arrangement with Westjet Link in Alberta.
