Delivered to British Midland as G-BMHY in 1986. Returned to Shorts in 1988 then to leased to Aer Lingus Commuter then to Guernsey Airlines who merged into Air Europe Express in 1989. To Emerald Airways as G-OREX in 1991 who were renamed to Cityflyer Express in 1992. Returned to Shorts in 1993. Reregistered as N428SA in 1995 and converted to C-23B+ c/n SH3414 for the US Army as 93-1330 in 1997. To the US Forestry Service as N163Z in 2014.

Arriving back at its Gatwick base, from which CityFlyer flew a network of short-haul routes to smaller European cities. In 1993, it became a British Airways franchisee, and ultimately in 1999 was purchased by BA, being merged into BA's Gatwick division by 2001.

This 360, and sister 'MHX, were delivered in 1986 to replace a pair of older Shorts 360s on Midland's very short routes from Heathrow to Birmingham and East Midlands. G-BMHY left Midland's fleet in 1988, returning to Short Bros..
