Last operated by Terra Surveys / Geoterrex and fitted with a magnetic anomaly detector boom protruding from the tail and with a camera port in the fuselage belly. Badly damaged when the undercarriage collapsed at Nanisivik, Nunavut 12 August 1984. Subsequently transferred to St Andrews. Seen in the Western Canada Aviation Museum reserve store compound.
