On 18 May 1992 a mid air collision between Cessna 150H OO-KRI and Grob G115A PH-SPG occurred on finas for Seppe airfield. Both aircraft crashed. PH-SPG was deemed damaged beyond repair and Seppe Airservice decided to use the airframe as a pole mounted monument. For that purpose the aircraft received the fitting PH-SAS registration.
