Parked at Terminal 1. Was operating for Aer Lingus. Delivered to Qantas as VH-EBJ in 1961. To Braniff as N106BN in 1969 then to Montana Austria as OE-INA in 1977. To Airlease Egypt as OE-UNA in 1982. Reregistered as SU-FAA and leased to Egyptair for a few months in 1983. Airlease Egypt renamed Misr Overseas Airways in 1984. Withdrawn from use at Cairo in 1987 and scrapped.

Originally Qantas VH-EBJ. It then operated with Braniff Airways (N106BN), Montana Austria (OE-INA) and Air Lease Egypt (initially as OE-UNA). It was leased by Egypt Air Mar to Aug 1983. Believed to have been retired and stored Cairo not very long after this photo was taken. Note the small Air Lease Egypt titles on the nose.

On this frosty morning, Heathrow has been closed by fog and Qantas 707-138B and El Al 707-458 4X-ATC have diverted to Manchester. BOAC 707-436 G-APFE is on the regular run via Prestwick to New York.

VH-EBJ flew with Qantas from August 1961 until September 1968 when it was withdrawn from use at Sydney. In June 1969 it was sold to Braniff as N106BN.
