Company established by Captain Geronimo A. Amurao on 10 October 1983 as a charter airline (Airlink International Airways) and a premier flying school (Airlink International Aviation College). Operations started in 1984. The charter airline division had apparently ceased operations prior to 2003, and this aircraft was transferred to the college for instructional use. The aviation college later became known under its acronym ALIAC.
This aircraft flew to Ratmalana airport in Sri Lanka in May 2019, arriving there on 6 Jun 2019. Dismantled in 2022, reportedly for shipment to a Japanese museum.
