Five Londons were flown to Sydney as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations of the founding of the colony of Sydney, New South Wales. K5912 was lost on November 14, 1939 when it forced landed on the North Sea. The crew were picked up the HMS Imperial and the aircraft then sunk by gun fire.
