When Allegheny and Mohawk merged in spring 1972 the FH-227 was taken over by Allegheny Airlines.

In 1974 Wien Air Alaska purchased this FH227 from Allegheny Airlines. A cargo door was installed and the aircraft served with Wien Air until October 1979, when it was taken over by Pacific Alaska Airlines.

Delivered to Mohawk Airlines in May 1967 as N7819M. Stored at Marana after they merged with Allegheny and sold to Wien Alaska in July 1974. Sold to Pacific Alaska in 1979, Air Mauritanie in November 1980 as 5T-CJZ and returned to Alaska with Airpac as N4716Z from January 1984 to June 1987. Sold and operated by AUTEC (Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center) for US Navy from January 1983 until sold to fly for the Florida Gators Basketball team as N101FG in November 1993. Later registered as N155JB and HR-ASK with Rollins Air and Atlantic Airlines of Honduras. Stored at La Ceiba by 2019

Operated in support of the US Navy's AUTEC (Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center), located on Andros Island in the Bahamas.

Having arrived at Southend in late 1980 carrying ex-Wien colours, this FH-227 had just been rolled out after overhaul and respray by BAF. She was originally Mohawk's N7819M from 5.67 and returned to Alaska as N4716Z with Aleutian Air in 1.84. Used by University Athletic Assoc (N101FG) from 1993-99, she wound up with Atlantic Air as HR-ASK; was at Opa-locka during 2004 for u/c repairs but too much corrosion; ferried back to La Ceiba and wfu (reported derelict and engineless in 2007). Believed scrapped at Opa-locka
