This former Eastern and JAL DC-8 crashed on take-off from Miami's runway 27R on 7.8.97 due to unbalanced and shifting cargo; soon after rotation the nose pitched up violently causing a stall. The 1968-built aircraft, bound for Santo Domingo, had been substituted for N30UA which was late inbound but the load sheet was not altered
