This P166 was built by Piaggio as a Sorvegianza Ecologica e Marittima (SEM) version. It was first assigned to 1°Nucleo Aereo in 1988 and then served 3° (as pictured) and 2° Nucleo Aereo as part of the Italian Coast Guard. The P166 was stored with Piaggio at Genova-Sestri from early 2009. Some ten years later, it was seen dismantled outside MTA Manutenzioni Tecniche Aeronautiche - localita Calabricito, Acerra. Current status unknown.
