Taken on strength by RCAF as 9638 on 17 November 1955. To civil register as CF-JJT when lent to Dominion Helicopters. Restored to the RCAF in 1968. Struck off strength on 29 September 1972 and went on civil register as CF-GQT. Exported to USA as N70881 in 1976. Returned to Canada in 1990 and registered as a Boeing Vertol 42A C-FGZM for use by Sterling Lumber of Golden, BC. Crashed in February 1991 and reportedly stored shortly after. Here it is at the BC Aviation Museum having been lifted off its transport trailer and being lowered onto wooden dunnage.
