Plane took part in Pentacost rally of Austrian Aero Club, to which it was registered. The pilot is named as Prince Kinsky. Aircraft built in 1934, G-ACSE apparently not taken up. A-145 to OE-ABC in new Austrian register. To D-EABC of German Aero Club after Anschluss. Apparently sold to Airwork as G-AFZG just before WWII. Impressed as AW156 for No 24 Sqn. On a flight from Hendon to Brize Norton on 30 January 1942, the Leopard Moth collided with Oxford N6431 and both aircraft crashed into the ground near Buscot Park, killing all three occupants.
