It was written off on 30 Sep'91 when the jump jet failed to take-off from RAF Gütersloh (Germany), it ran through the barrier and the airbase fence and ended up in the Ems Canal. The pilot ejected safely. The airframe was transported later on to BAe Brough for storage and it moved to Dunsfold in late '95. It was used as an instructional airframe without a cockpit at St.Athan from early '02 to late '03. The moved to Aerospace Logistics, Charlwood in Apr'06. Current status unknown.
