Delivered to the USAF as C-135A 60-0370. Modified to an NC-135A in 1964. Last flight to Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1976 and used for parts. Remains scrapped in 1996.

This aircraft had served as an airborne nuclear weapons monitor platform to verify the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, under Project Rivet Dagger. It was retired to MASDC on 30 January 1976 and was allocated park code CA005. That code is not discernible in this photograph but may have been worn elsewhere on the airframe.
