This example of the Nazi training glider was discovered by a member of the HiHai (Hirzenhain) gliding club when he had to come down at Amöneburg aerodrome in 1982. It was made airworthy again and flown until 1991. It is called an 'SG 38a' and the reported construction number AB-X-52 sounds unauthentic.
