The Colombian AF never operated the F-86K but this example was presented to them by Venezuela. The Venezuelan AF purchased 78 Fiat built, former West German aircraft in 1965 although only 51 are believed entered service. Presented in the early 1990s, by 2004 the aircraft was on display at Palanquero wearing the false serial 'FAC2022'.
