Previously D-KEYA. Was supposed to be PH-JAW, but this did not happen. The Super Falke crashed during take-off from Seppe airfield on 4 August 1979. The damaged airframe returned to Germany for repair and rebuild, and was restored as D-KEYA. After the rebuilding process the Super Falke was exported to South Africa as ZS-VOX in July 1981.
