Became G-BYRX on 5 October 1999, and damaged beyond repair on 29 December 2015 in a take-off accident at Barn Farm, Ruddington, Notts. The registration was cancelled on 12 July 2016 as permanently withdrawn from use.

Became G-BYRX and was written off near Barn Farm, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, on 29th December 2015. While it was hover taxiing for take-off the aircraft pitched nose-up, the pilot was unable to regain control and it rolled onto its side while descending. It was de-registered in July 2016.

With the recently cut grass flying all around this must be reminiscent of its Army days.
