Delivered to KLM as PH-DNF in 1966 then to ALM as PJ-DNB in 1968 and McDonnell-Douglas as N48075 then to Avensa as YV-65C in 1975. Back to McDonnell-Douglas as N48075 in 1977 then to Southern Airways in 1978. They merged into Republic Airlines in 1979 who merged into Northwest Airlines in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Sherman-Grayson, TX in 1992 and scrapped.
