Registered as PH-EXH before delivery to Ansett Airlines of NSW as as VH-FCE in 1977 who were renamed to Air New South Wales in 1981. To Air UK as G-BNCY in 1986. Damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway while landing at Guernsey in bad weather in 1997. Scrapped in 1998. Nose section preserved. At Morayavia, Kinloss, Scotland from 2022.

This aircraft written off after suffering damage beyond economical repair at Guernsey Airport on 7th December 1997 when, according to the accident summary, " ....it overran the end of the runway and entered the grass to the left of the extended center-line at a speed estimated by the crew to be 60 kt. It then impacted and crossed a narrow earth bank before stopping in an adjacent field.". It was broken up for scrap in February 1998.

Delivered new to Ansett NSW 29th June 1977 and re-branded as Air New South Wales June 1981. Became G-BNCY with Air UK 19th Nov 1986
