VH-KMM crashed at Ord River Station, Western Australia, on August 13, 1985. The pilot decided to land on a road despite the proximity of a authorised landing strip and a licenced airport. He landed long and in the attempted go-around crashed. The pilot and two of the three passengers perished in the ensuring fire.
