ZS-OOS was given clearance to land on a runway closed for maintenance. On landing it hit piles of asphalt and slewed left and its nose went down a drainage ditch.

Taking part of Operation Solomon, 4X-AXD flew 1086 people (+ two born during flight) from ADD to TLV in May 1991 making it the most passengers ever carried on one flight. 29-Nov-2003 while operating by Hydro Air Cargo (ZS-OOS) from BRU to JNB, made stop at LOS. Plane was directed to runway under resurfacing. Runway was not properly closed and had even runway lights on. Damaged on landing, never flew again. Broken up 2007 - 2008.

Delivered to El Al as 4X-AXD in 1975. To Hydro Air as ZS-OOS in 2000. Crashed on landing at Lagos in 2003.

CAL Cargo was a sublease from El Al, in the early nineties. Delivered new in December 1975 and leaving the El Al fleet in November 2000, for Hydro Aircargo (ZS-OOS). Written off at Lagos in November 2003, after landing on a closed runway. Scrapped at Lagos in November 2007.

Ex EL AL 4X-AXD, registered 29th Oct 2000. On the 29th Nov 2003 the aircraft was cleared to land in DNMM (Lagos) but was directed to the wrong runway by ATC and hit various maintenance vehicles and equipment. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair and was finally scrapped in Nov 2007
